Policies and Procedures for Guests

Deposit: we require one night’s stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card. If you are making the reservation more than 4 weeks in advance, we can accept a personal check for the deposit.

Cancellations: You will be refunded your deposit less a $25 processing fee so long as you cancel more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If your plans change at the last minute (or within those 72 hours), call us and we’ll try to rebook your trip for different dates. You would only forfeit your deposit if we couldn’t rebook your getaway at all.

Other policies

  • All accommodations are non-smoking.
  • If a package has been purchased, any unused portion cannot be refunded or credited for any reason including weather and personal injury.
  • Late arrivals and early departure will be charged.
  • Pets are allowed for additional fees.
